Are you looking for a healthy protein packed meal? Try this black soybean spaghetti! You can make this meal with or without an additional protein on top. For those of you who are vegetarian or vegan, this spaghetti is vegan so simply don’t add the meat.
1 Package Black Soybean Spaghetti (or regular Soybean Spaghetti)
Chicken (If you want to add)
1 Jar Marina Sauce (of your choice)
Season the chicken. I put the chicken in a zip lock bag with a little olive oil and add the seasoning directly to the zip lock. For this recipe, I used pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, yellow mustard and paprika (feel free to use whatever seasoning you would like). Shake the chicken in the zip lock and cook directly on the stove top. I cook my chicken on low-medium heat.

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Put a dash of salt. Boil the Black Soybean Spaghetti for only 4-6 minutes!
As the pasta is cooking, I put a jar of marina in a sauce pan and add a little bit of olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
Strain the Spaghetti. Place whatever amount you want on your dish, add the chicken and top with marinara.
