This quick HIIT cardio workout makes for the perfect at home workout and can be completed in little to not time at all. I really enjoy this type of workout as it contains High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a great way to raise your heart rate and to burn those extra calories. Anytime I am in a hurry or trying to burn a few extra pounds, I incorporate HIIT into my exercise routine.
HIIT cardio is easy in the sense that you don’t need a lot of equipment to complete a good exercise. You can do your workouts from anywhere, whether it’s inside, outside, a garage or even in a park.
I have recorded each exercise in the videos below, so you can see exactly what to do. If you don’t have a Jump Rope or a box jump, you can do air jumps or find a household item to jump on (that’s safe). For me, it was easiest to do this workout in the driveway. In the winter, I will clear some space in my garage and continue to complete my workouts there!
