20 Minute Workout Circuit

 

Over the last five years fitness has become very important to me. Some years more so than others however, working out is something I truly enjoy to do. I’ve dabbled in all kinds of fitness activities from self workouts to boxing, CrossFit, yoga, orange theory, pure barre, cycling, to you name it! Recently, I most enjoy putting myself through self created workouts and boxing at a local gym.

If your looking a quick but good workout try this 20 minute burn out circuit with 5 different exercises!

Workout:

1 minute – Box Jumps
1 minute – Jump Rope
1 minute – Kettle Bell Swings
1 minute – 1, 2 Punches (Boxing)
1 minute – Banded Squats

Repeat 4 Times

Tips:

Take a 1 minute break in between each set. Feel free to take longer if you need
Don’t be discouraged if you don’t have the workout equipment I am using. This workout is really adaptable.

What to do if you don’t have the same equipment:

No Box? – Squat Jumps
No Jumprope – Air Jumprope
No Kettlebell? –  Use a household item
No boxing gloves? – Shadow Box
No band? – Air squats
